Most networking jobs are fairly simple and don't require a lot of time or money. Depending on the number of computers needing to share information, it could be done within an hour or less. This is also dependent on the type of network required. There are many cases today that are best suited for a wireless solution. Other situations allow you to save money on equipment by installing cabling.

When sharing data in a computer network, it is often important to configure one or more computers to control the type of access to that data, and who can access it. In larger company environments, this is usually done with a single computer that controls whom has access, and what they have access to. In a small office, workgroup, or home environment, security is distrbuted across the computers that allow some type of access by sharing data, printers, and/or the internet.

Regardless of your environment, most computers today come with network capabilities and allow for some or complete control of access. When you need office-to-office or home-to-office communication at an affordable price, virtual private networks (VPN) may be just what you need. A VPN installation comes with choices for configuration options. Offices can be connected using hardware-to-harware, software-to-hardware, or software-to-software. Your specific application will require an analysis of your current networking solutions to determine what option(s) is best for you.

Troubleshooting and Support

All of our equipment comes with a factory warrantee. The type of equiment you choose will determine the amount of time a warrantee covers. After your network is installed and configured the way you need it, there is usually very little to no user intervention required. However, if you have any trouble with your network you can call us. In most cases, it is something that we can troubleshoot and correct on the phone.
